Regarding forcefully deduction of prepaid mobile balance

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Vishal Gupta, i am using airtel prepaid mobile service from last 6 yrs M No. 9872625265.

But today forcefully my account balance is deducted by Rs. 99 without using any services.

Upon interaction with customer care (Mr. Mandeep), i came to know that airtel has automatically downloaded a hungama game (some application) and deducted 99 rs. Also airtel is not even registering my complaint for the same. This was totally unjustified, so kindly provide solution for the same.
