I & lots of my freinds are using airtel freinds sim card from last 3 months. we have noticed that our service provider is activating unwanted VAS without our permission. they give meaningless excuses for the deduction & if deduced amount is more they not refund us. On 21/01 alert service sale is activated on my number 8600273468 when i call customer care they refund me proper amount (refrance id CBDAL20122189) but this happens nearly twice a month i dont have my past comlaint records so i request you to take care of our problems From all freinds card users
