My complaint is with Bhari Airtel. I'm using facility of mobile service of Airtel amd my Mob No. is 9685672806. I have complaint with Airtel about cutting of sms charging from my main balance. It is pertinent to mentioned that I had recharge sms pack of Rs 50/- (300 sms per day for 30days) on 25/3/10 at 7:30PM and since than I have facing problem... that means its deactivated many time and deduced sms charges from my main account. I had lodged complaint to Airtel many time on customer care No. and through E-mail but Airtel fail to solve this problem. Moreover Airtel is charging on complaint at their 121 customer care service its 50p/3min which is injustice and not in order.
I want to solve Airtel my problem by attending seriously on my complaint and if Airtel fail to solve this problem they must refund my recharge money of sms pack along with whatever I have been dedeucted money from my main balance during deactivation period and charge taken from me by customer care service.
