I am a user of Airtel Prepaid Connection since 2007 till date my SIM card belong to some one else name, after so many request till date their is no such department had turn up to check what is the actual problem. I have visited the ARC in kolkata and submitted all my document & picture even the enrollment form to get it rectify, but still no such service been incorporated.
On top of all this balance debilitation happens like anything.
Its really making painful for me may be for other subscribers too..
