Still getting bill after disconnection

I had disconnected both the landline and boardband on Dec 10th after multiple round of call with Airtel as they showed the unability to shift the line to new location. Surprising, bill is still being generated. My experience with overall customer support has been very dis-appointing.

My account number is 12584482 and landline number was 020-40091817
