TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN

THAT I HAVE SWITCHED TO AIRTEL FROM MTNL AND I WAS EXPECTING A WOW FACTOR FROM AIRTEL SIDE BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING THAT ITS BEEN MORE THAN 24 HRS NEITHER ABLE TO ATTEND CALLS NOR ABLE TO SEND THE SMS THOUGH MY BUSINESS RUNS THROUGH TELE-CONVERSATION ONLY. THE PHONE SERVICES WAS DISCONTINUED FOR COMPLETE 1 DAY AND AFTER THAT ALSO NOTHING IS HAPPENING AND I BEEN TALKING TO CUSTOMER CARE EXECT SINCE MORNING BUT IN TERMS OF REPLY I AM GETTING THE COMPLAINT NO ONLY. LATEST CONVERSATION WHICH TOOK PLACE JUST HALF AN HOUR BEFORE AND THE REPLY WAS WE'LL GET BACK TO YOU BY 1st OF FEB'2011.

I REQUEST ALL THE USERS THAT PLEASE THINK BEFORE SWITCHING OVER.
