I am Naman Pathak a customer of Airtel. I recharged with 58rs. SMS pack on 16th April. On 19th April evening Suddenly my SMS pack was canceled by Airtel automatically and my SMS charges were cut from my Main Balance. I called in Customer Care 198. They gave no solution for that. And Moreover they changed my Customer care mode to SMS mode from Voice Mode. So from then I can't call in Customer Care too. I went to nearest Airtel Office. They also denied me to help about this. I want to turn on my Customer care service in Voice mode. Why Airtel is doing this? Is it for to Cheat the customers? And please change your system that switches Customer to SMS mode from Voice mode automatically.
I want to Turn on my customer Care service urgently.
