my name is Shabir Hussain Bhat. Iam using 9596027001 .
I had already a complaint against Airtel as they are making deductions without I being using services From Feberuary 2011 Air Tel officials are activating different services without i being informed and in turn deducting charges . i have talked to Airtel customer care on 18, 22, & 23 march. Again on 27 & 28th April two services were activated without my request. when i talked to customer care my number got flooded with messages, infact i received more than 40 messages within a span of 4 hours.
On 28th April when I had a recharge of Rs 50.00 and within a period of 30 minutes my AIRTEL balanance got deducted, and when I talked to Airtel I was told I had used internet Although I had internet pack on my number and had downloaded nothing through net.
Again on 9th of May when I made a call in the morning it was stopped in the middle saying their was no balance in my account although I had 103.00 as balance in my account in the evening of 8th May.
When I called Airtel I was told I had made use of internet at 11.30pm, which is a big lie as my mobile was switched off and was sleeping
in view of above referred matter i would like strict action be taken for causing discomfort and making a fool of customers like me.
