Dear sir, I have statrted complaining to airtel regarding network problems from the 28th of april but till date no one has bothered to come and verify the problem faced by us. we have been literally begging them to address our complaint inspite of various mails and FEW HUNDRED phone calls.we have only been getting auto generated mail answers and on phone that the problem will be looked into.i hold around 30 connections with them, but am surprised at the indifferent attitude shown by the staff and managerial level of airtel.i am unable to use the phone from my house and always have to stand out in the road and talk.this is very insulting and makes you feel if tf we have made a mistake in being under THE SUPPOSEDLY BEST SERVICE AND CONNECTIVITY PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY, it makes you laugh at the tall claims made by this company. I have now decided to get myself dissassociated from this company and am now transfering all my connection enmasse to VODAFONE.BUt i would like to register this compalint and take action against these companies who make false promises and harass us if we delay the payment even by 2-3 days, but they take more 2-3 months to even take some action to rectify the problem, how do we penalise them???
