Hi!
I am Amit Sabhachandani resident of Faridabad haryana.
Few months back i purchase Airtel 2G datacard with a SIM 9871010912 and a month back i upgrade that connection to 3G, for the same i purchase new 3G datacard.
And since then i getting an average speed of 5-8 KPS though promised spped is 22 mps.
I have log complaint i the airtel customer care had got complaint no 38642154 and a deadline was 29th July.
But till now nothing has been done and eversince i contact the customer care i am not getting response and solution.
Either customer guy or gal cut the line or give me another no to contact.
Now i am fed up with this.
Didn't understand how a company like Airtel has this type of irresponsible answer.
