I have got new number from a better company than yours whose customer care department knows what to answer and what come under TRAI policy and whose network coverage is better than your company. I would like to put this number for disconnection request. My number is 9560900432. I have complainted lot of time regarding my current billed amount but noone listen to it specially airtel presence and 121 airtel... you are of no use till now I haven't recieved call from any senior officials.
