Its been 3 weeks, since I have raised a telephone shifting request with Airtel. There customer executive gave me a SLA of 3 days but it has been 3 weeks and my connection have still not shifted. I have written to 121 n number of times and the only answer i get is, your request is being treated on priority. Airtel has the most pathetic customer care service. They are not forthcoming in providing the correct information and making fool of a customer, Sept. is coming to an end and I am sure they will send me the bill for this month that too without providing any service.
