THESE GUYS ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THERE SERVICES AND CUSTOMERS...
I am using airtel bharti prepaid no. 8800820465 from last 4 months and suddenly on 29 Dec. 2011 sending me a text stating " Verification is unsuccessful resubmit my documents again and when contacted to Custumer care no. 121. Those Guys are unable to give any information regarding the same and guiding to visit airtel centre. Here is my first question- "IF FOR EVERY CONCERN I OR WE ALL AIRTEL USER NEED TO GO AIRTEL CENTRE THEN WHY THESE PEOPLE ARE HAVING CUSTOMER CARE AND CHARGING MONEY AND WASTING OUR TIME BY PUTTING OUR CALLS ON HOLD FOR 5-10 MINUTES, IF THEY CA NOT DO ANYTHING OR DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SERVICES? "
I already submitted my ID Proof and Photographs twice while I purchased this number from Dealer as there was the same issue at that time as well.
Now, when I called on Customer care they are so blunt and blank when it comes to deliver customer information or any type of help. I spoke with agent he was not able to get my issue so he transferred me to his Supervisor. Supervisor responded after 5 minutes and I was kept on hold without any information. when that gentle man responded he even never bothered to know or ask me about my issue he just said- " Will you submitt the documents or not".
They do not know with what id proof a particular number is registered. When I asked for what ID and Name my number is registered, they simply said&-quot; VISIT the airtel centre"
I am very surprised with their this attitude, as I switched to airtel as a brand and a class Telecom provider.
Airtel I am ready to re-submit my documents but I want my documents that I have submitted earlier to you or If you people can not do this please refund the available balance and the price I paid for this useless telecom service.
That is all I want from you.
