I have been having an airtel connection for 5 years now.
Under the same I had opted for advance rental plan of 499 for 1 year in the month December'2010.
However when the same came up for renewal, airtel without taking my consent renewed my plan for 3 years @999.
Whenever I called up customer care, they said they will get back to me for the same.
After 2 times of the same hapening, I insisted that my line be transfered to the senior but they dc the line after keeping on hold for a few minutes.
After no revert from them I paid an amount of 1588 last month and now again inspite of no usage they are following up for a bill amount.
On asking them I do not get a revert about WHO authorized to charge me 999 and if 999 has been charged then why am I being sent a bill of approx 250 monthly even when there is no usage except for GPRS for which I pay Rs 99 monthly.
