First of all I would like to extend my gratitude to Airtel for showing me the true colors of there relationship with there customers
I have been continuously trying to get in touch with Airtel. However, keeping in mind the nature of the respective treatment given to me by airtel customer care outlets was maddening.
Its sad to say that we are still a part of this extremely important network. My request to them was to convert my airtel prepaid services to postpaid one on a urgent basis as it was mandatory for the time frame in which we work, it has been almost a month and no action is taken, apart from unnecessary calls from airtel's customer services which is just done to assure me that yes they care.
An intentional violation of killing my time and making me wait was not expected in professional relationship and that to ending up with undesired results.
Nothing more heinous than making a person wait for long hours without a reason. Airtel's misconduct and misbehavior has been happening for the eight occasions and finally forced me to bring this to everyone's notice and change my network from Airtel
