Efund of deposit

Hi.. I ankit agarwal n my number is 9959553552.. Which i have disconnected because of not getting proper service.. and the amount of 6000 which i have deposited for international roming on this number r refusing to pay my deposited amount.. It has been more then one year.. When ever i m visiting head office of bharti airtel which is at begumpet the responce i m getting is chequ has been dispached and may be it has been lost... so will i get my deposited amount..
