Hi,
We called your company for a landline connection at my place on 5th August and a representative (Mr Murali) from your company came to my office for the formalities. I had given him the documents required by him for a new landline connection with a Cheque of Rs 500/-(Ch No 619377, Corporation Bank dtd. 06/08), and assured me that the landline connection will be provided me positively within a day or two also they promised to give the list of nos.
After 2 days when I had contacted Mr. Murali, there was no response (i.e. either switched off or no answer), then we contacted several other people one of them said he is in a meeting and will call back and later we tried reaching him there was again no response. Next day when we tried he picked up the call and said their systems are not working to download the nos. so he will call us back once the systems are working. We waited for 3-4 days there was no call from them, so we called them to know the status but again no reply.
Mr. Rajaram of the same company called and said there was some problem in their system so would not get back to us and promised to give the connection in next two days, but again same problem continued till today.
Finally we spoke to Mr. Rajaram to refund our money back to us. But till today we have neither received the refund nor the connection has been provided by Airtel. We are very upset on this issue and decided to disconnect all the lines that we have with Airtel.
Just want to know:
1) With out prior connection why did you release the cheque for Rs. 500/- for clearance.
2) Refund the money at the earliest.
Requested revert at the earliest otherwise I have to take the necessary action and lodge a complaint to the concern authority.
