Hi i got the idea sim in tamilnadu with my id proof as my driving license. but they blocked the outgoing calls & other services. Again i provide my driving licence id proof with photo to my nearest dealer in dindigul. i provide this on 23-05. still they didnt activate my account. what is the process going. i need the refund with my loss of work. my mobile number 8608611255 tamilnadu.
the customer care officers says your account will activate within 48 hours. everytime they say samething when i will get activate my sim.
