Regarding inability to make outgoing calls

Hello Sir,

I have an airtel connection no 9890743615 (Maharashtra Activation) its on my Father name taken 3 years back. From the last 22 Days, i am facing connection problem. I have received incoming call/SMS, but i can't make outgoing calls. Whenever I am in Mumbai (Roming area) I was able to make Outing call. I have continuously making this complain from the last 21 days in the customer care and they always assure me that necessary action will be taken within 24-48 hours but nothing happen till date. And also I have face another problem from last 9 months to 16 Dec when the accedient hapened at their network exchange of catching fire, when i make call recorded cassete play i.e. "Your outing calls has been restructed, so please contact with our costermercare on 121" & then after call was connect & it was completed sucessfully. And also I am not able to contact to customer care no 121, 123 or 9890098900 from 9 months.

From 16th Dec to till date I was not able to make outing call, and when i make call recorded cassete play i.e. "For low tarriff rate call our customer care on 121" & then aftercall was not complete.

I request you to please help me.
