Poor management for new mobile post paid connection

I availed post paid connection from Airtel - mobile no: 9971096969. An executive visited my place. I filled application form & handed over self attested photcopy of Driving License & PAN card. While doing so I asked whether the photocopy is required for front & back copy of the documents (DL & PAN Card). He replied as not required. My mobile connection too was activated after payment of security deposit of Rs.500.00. After a week I received a call asking for to provide the back side photocopy of driving license, which I scanned and emailed to the concerned person in 2 days. At this time, i was not preinformed that my mobile connection will be deactivated. After 2 days my mobile connection was deactivated and was asked to visit one of the Airtel Relationship centre (ARC) to fill the Subscriber Enrollment Form (SEF). Also I was asked to submit 1.Address proof 2. Photo Id proof at that place. When I asked them to send their exective to collect the same, they replied that they are unable to send.

My concern is why should I visit ARC, for the negligent process carried out by airtel. They had activated my mobile connection too and deactivated subsequently.

Is this a mistake of Airtel or mine.

Mean time I had transferred money to airtel through internet fund transfer, thinking my mobile connection was deactivated, because of the reason the bill date could have been due and that I had not paid.
