I FACING A PROBLEM FROM AIRTEL COMPANY REGARDING HELLO TUNE SERVICE . I SUBSCRIBE THIS SERVICE BEFORE 3 MONTH OF 60 RUPEES THREE MONTH PACK BUT ONE MONTH BEFORE I CHANGE MY NUMBER IN PREPAID . COMPANY EXECUTIVE CALL ME YOUR HELLO TUNE NOT UNSUBSCRIBE BCAUSE YOUR HELLO TUNE VALIDITY EXPIRE ONE MONTH LATER BUT 02/06 ONE MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL SHOW IN MY MOBILE THAT YOUR HELLO TUNE HAS BEEN STOP TO UNSUFFICIANT BALANCE OF ABOUNT 13 RUPEES AFTER 24 HOUR COMPANY HAS DEDUCT MY BALANCE 20 RUPEES AND BALANCE IS -7 RUPEES I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE 5 OR 6 TIME THEY NOT LISTEN MY PROBLEM . KINDLY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM WITHIN 12 HOUR OTHERWISE I GO TO CONSUMER COURT.
