Disconnection of Services - Bharti Airtel Limited

I took one new DSL connection from Bharti Airtel Limited on 4th Feb. And telephonically, I made a request of disconnection on 19th Feb. The DSL number was 0522-4105558 and the complaint number provided was1381826. An advance rental payment was made to Bharti Airtel Limited whichincluded 1 month charges. To my surprise, I started receiving bills of the saidnumber and then I made a disconnection request online too (2nd complaint number1398040, 3rd complaint number 1443370).

The company did not pay any heed to my emails & kept onsending the bills. There was no usage of the DSL as well as voice but still Iwas receiving these bills. Today (17th Dec), I received a legalnotice from Civil Court for the settlement of dues with Bharti Airtel Limited. I'm dazed & don't have words to express my feelings. I personally feel that these companies are harassing the consumers for no reason and are trying tomint money through these mediums.
