My SIM Card is not getting recharged

Dear sir,

I had purchaged Rs. 30 TOP-UP CARD from Airtel agent. I tried to recharge my cell by following appropriate procedure but it is not getting recharged. after unsuccessful recharge it is diplaying following message:

"OBS: This is a new service operation so you need to specify a message here in youur own language."
