I submitted an application with airtel for changing the ownership of the mobile no from my name to my name on 26 April. At the time of submitting the application the person at the airtel office in Indiranagar had informed me that while the ownership is changed everything else on that no will remain same including bill plan, std & isd services, credit limit etc. 2 days after the ownership was changed I got a SMS from airtel stating ISD had been disabled and when I called there customer care I also got to know that the bill plan had also been changed without my consent or without any request from my side. I logged a complaint with them, after which they have re-activated the ISD service but they are refusing to reverse the bill plan to the old plan saying it was an old bill plan and has been withdrawn. They are now ready to cancel this connection which I have been using for more than 5 years, but they refuse to change the bill plan.
The airtel mobile no is 9845021901. Please help me in this regard.
