Respected sir/ Madam,
I am using the services of airtel bharti mobile service provider. I was recharged my mobile sim with the amount of 20/- today and also make the call. But suddenly after som time my sim registration failed msg recieved by me, when i complaint to to customer care thru tele calling they told me your services has been closed from the many time and this no not in use. I feel so wounder bkoz just i recharged the sim and make the call, but service provider told me your services r not continue frm the many time ago. How they accept the payment and if so then how i make the call frm the same. Please see the matter and hope you justify at per your end.
