I have been using Airtel mobile services since 2007.
There have been various instnces wherein a complaint hasbeen made on the customer care nos of Airtel for weak network signals at my residential and ofiice areas.
There has been no resolution to the same. Almost 50% of the day there is no network.
Due to network problems, I had to compulsorily subscribe for missed call alrets for which the serrvice provider, i.e AIRTEL charges me.
I DONOT GET MISSED CALL ALRETS ALSO.
IN CASE ANY MESSAGE IS RECEIVED, IT COMES ONLY AFTER 24 HRS
The service provider had confirmed that the payments of each bill will be collected from my office on monthly basis. But no one comes to collect.
EACH MONTH I AM BEING CHARGED RS.200/- as late payment fees for the services not provided by them.
Since last one week, one of the Airtel executive has been continously calling because I am noting using the services as much I was using it earlier.
Inspite of telling him not to call and also making a complaint to AIRTEL on the CUSTOMER CARE NOS the executive keeps giving missed calls/ blank calls and at times uses abusive language.
In case of late payments, the collection agency guys call and use threatening language.
Please resolve all the above problems.
