My mobile number 9915522911 which is an add on number with a bada gup shup plan with a monthly rental of Rs 250 per month. we have been continuos in contact with airtel service providers from january 19 th so as to deactivate our bada gup shup plan and change our post paid billing to prepaid one. For this we have even given Rs 100 advance as a recharge service on 19 th january and cleared till that day billing also with all the formalities which they asked .we even have the receipt with number 2826. We are visiting their office 3 - 4 times and many calls, but no action till day i.e 16th august has been taken. they say we have no records and we will not do anything. Please take this matter seriously. I want my money back which is being unnecessarily charged Rs 250 per month from jan to august that amounts to Rs 2000 Rs 100 recharge month. I never expected this from Bharti infocom for such a small amount. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Please dont harass us and i hope you will take strict action against this.
