I have paid 12 installments of Rs.90-00 as per detailed thru authorized erecharge agents and acknowledged by sms by RIM.

Sr. No. Dated

05 13/11/06

06 12/12/06

09 09/03/07

10 09/04/07

11 09/05/07

12 02/06/07

Now I was informed by RIM that I am no longer entitle for the life time validity scheme reasons (a) that I have not paid installments during month of April whereas I have paid and it was acknowledged by RIM sms I informed RIM that why line was not disconnected when I have not paid for the April for which customer care service representative could not find reply/ informations on RIM computer systems whereas my line was in working which is evidence that I have paid installment of April, however RIM not informed me about this just kept silence and during month of May I paid installment the same was acknowledged now no informations about my out of scheme perview, in month of June informing me that I am not entitled for the scheme, after payment of 12th installment.

RIM also informed me that I have paid two installments during month of February (a) 6.2.7 (b) 9.2.7 whereas I have paid only one installment on 9.2.7 only, 6.2.7 is being my marriage anniversary and we were out of town there was no erecharge by me.

In short I have paid 12 installments of Rs.90/= each within period from August to June without any delay from my side.

A repute company of Reliance Mobile India just refused to extend Life Time Validity is injustice to common man whose money are hard earned and coud not get benefit as per scheme just find loophole in administrative act and refused benefit is not fare trade practice any how I have paid 12 installments of Rs.90/- i.e.

Rs.1080/-. and ball is in their basket.

I am retired person of 60 years aged may I request to review my case and extend the life time validity to my cell phone before expiry of present validity up to 2nd July.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully,
