Track ball issue

Date: 1st August

I submitted my Blackberry 9300 (Curve 3G) phone to the Lajpat Nagar Service Centre on 1st August with the problem of the trackball. I was promised to get the phone back within one week or we'll be informed. But they never informede us, i visited them on 9th August and was promised to give me the phone back on 13th August but nobody picked up the phone, as it might have been a holiday. On 16th August again I phoned them and they told me it is not still ready.

Is it the way your service should go, after 15 days also i havnt received my phone back!! How will I work and how will I tell other people to buy your company's mobile phones. This is the question of your reputation!

Hope the needful would be done.
