I PURCHASED SAMSUNG WAVE 533 AND FROM DAY FIRST IT WAS HAVING SOME OR ANOTHER PROBLEM.FINALLY WHEN ON 27 JULY IT GV A MAJOR PROBLEM OF HEARING.IT WAS HAVING SOUND PROBLEM.I GAVE THE SAME FOR REPAING IN NOIDA TECHNO CARE SEC 29 .TILL DATE I HAVE NOT GOT THE MOBILE.I SENT ATLEAST 20 MAILS AND VISITED THERE THRICE.THEN I CALLED AROUND 10 -12 TIMES STIILL THY USED U SAY WE WILL CALL U SOON SORRY AND ALL. AND VERY SHAMEFULL THT COMPANY LIKE SAMSUNG IS DOING THIS.TODAY MOBILE PHONES HAVE BECOME NECCESSITY FOR EVRYONE AND THEY KEPT MY MOBILE FOR AROUND ONE MONTH WITH THEM. FINALLY TWO DAYS BACK I PURCHASED NEW NOKIA MOBILE AND SENT MAIL OF COMPLAINT AT THIS SIGHT TEHEN I GOT A CALL THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE THE SAME PHONE WHICH WAS HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS FROM DAY ONE.WHAT IS THIS??? VERY PATHETIC .WHY I TAKE THE SAME MOBILE??? O WANT MY NONEY BACK OR A NEW SET
