This is to let you all Know how sad AIRTEL is... Providing sad Network Coverages was an issue of mine by default but now even VALUE ADDED SERVICES. I called there Hello Tune number and was listening to various song and Pheli Nazar Mein (RACE) caller tune i have heard more than a Minute and i selected it as my CALLER TUNE. When i called back to my no 9987045679 to check back the same, strangely it played for only 20 sec as compare to normal Tring Tring of 30 sec. Ideally it wont make any sense a caller tune ringing on 20 sec. And even it was not inform to me that caller tune which i have selected will be played only 20 sec, if that would be the case i might not select that tune itself.
Its very sad from AIRTEL part, they are fooling the customers by making them hear the song more than actual seconds its going to be heard by people.
