My Landline No. 07771-244183 is Lock From February'2011 Every Dues is Cleared but Last Bill is Not Cleared, I am Surrendered Telephone Box, Deposit of Rs.2, 000.00 Received Xe-rox Copy, Payment Last Bill Copy.

But, Today (10/03) Approx 1 Year any Amount Not Refund... Manendragarh Officers Say Amount is Given By Ambikapur Office, Why my Amount is Not Come..
