Sir,

My no is 9274612812 .This is to inform you that balance is deducted without usage. Initially unaware of these I did not make any complaint. But today i.e. 11.5.2011 I had called up your customer care office in which I was informed that the amount was deducted the said its for sms pack from march-11. I had informed several times. I never activate such scheme really same for such big names to do so. Refund the balance as early as possible.

I want you to look in to the details and give me a waiver of the amount. Waiting for a immediate response,
