Hi,

I purchased a TATA indicom connection on which i suspected Cloning or Cross Connection on the 16th of August. I went to there Regional Office in Canaught Place abd told them regarding the same. But did not get a proper reply from them i was told to wait till the bill is generated. I also offered them for a temporary disconnection till the bill is generated which was denied by them.

I opted for disconnection on which they promised me to recheck my bill and find out to whom the call details belonged to.

On the 1st of September I got my bill and as expected the calls from the 16th of August to 20th of August amounting to Rs700 did not belonged to me. I raised an alarm and i was told that the matter would be solved.

When i gave them a call back they told me that the calls were made by me and now i had to pay the bills. Which is completely insane. I have the number disconnected now after a heated argument with the executives.

Someone please advise what should i do from here?
