Cell phone towers on residential building

Cosmos Heritage, a Housing Society is situated in Manpada Thane (W). Parampara building in this housing complex has many cell phone towers installed on its terrace. Some of them have been installed on the outside walls of top floor.

Please help in arranging a check for radiation levels and whether these installations meet international standards (as directed by Govt on 10-Aug). There are some cancer cases in opposite building which may not be necessarily linked to this but this would be definitely having ill effects on the health of top floor people in Parampara building and people in opposite building directly facing these towers.
