Plan change without notice

Dear Sir,

Ref: mob no 9739734640

with ref to the above my existing tariff plan was changed automatically without notice. if i call customer care they are not ready to give the exact reason for the name & suddenly disconnect the call. if once this happens we can think that there is network problem. but all the time it happens. i want to come to previous plan. plz help me in this regard.
