No service in 72hrs, No way to complain

Pathetic! The cust.care no.121 says no. does not exist! I dial toll free no.9892098920 and no option for customer care?! I use a minm of Rs 500 p.m. on my no. 9892069832. So why am I being treated like this? Airtel plz reply.
