This is to bring to your notice i have been enjoying the services of the vodafone network (Mobile no- 9820900831) since sometime. Last month i have switched to the 375/- monthly Internet rental plan which gives me a leisure of 500 MB free usage.
However when i checked it today with the customer service team (Saif Rajput) he mentioned the billed amount is 7390/- against my mobile no. This is a shocking for me as my usage shouldn't exceed to INR 1000/- overall as my average internet usage is 200 MB and i have opted for 500 MB plan. Hence would need an urgent attention and intervention to give some light on my account as there is definitely some issue with my billed amount also request you to kindly take corrective action and reverse off the unused amount and let me know whats my billed amount so that i can make my interim payments. This is complete exploitation of the customers, request you to take it up and take action for the same.
