CUG

Sir,

I have taken a number i.e. 9873651490 with CUG facility but it is not activated in my number. I have put several efforts to add my numbers that is 9899093792 and 9015479330 to it but it did not turn out to be fruitful. All these number I have taken all these number with corporate CUG Plan. I have even contacted several times to customer care and IDEA showroom at (KAlkaji, M block) but nothing seemed to be borne fruit. The showroom person said We can not do it. Catch the person whom you take the number. My problem is that the person who sold this number to me is not available. His phone number is not working. Since I took number with the assurance of CUG activated, but am still paying the bill of every call. They neither activate it nor terminate it. Its very disgusting. What should I do, I do not know? Since April, they have been charging and not willing to add my number. The tragedy is the number which they have added to it is not known to me. its simply a fraud, nothing else. Please help to get it sorted out?
