I paid my bills online (site: www.airtel.in). That payment is released by my citibank credit card but I don’t know how not been reflected in airtel database. Now my worries started. Since two months I am explaining them the problem but no one is solving it. I forwarded all details required by them form my credit card end. Still this issue is there.
Now because they are able to resolve issues at their end I am facing problem. Since two months almost daily I am spending my time (30 -40 mins) in explaining issues to customer care and billing collection guys. Now as the duration is long they started debarring my facilities without intimating me. I was traveling alone and needed to call someone urgently and found that my services are debarred.
Now I am spending daily my time (30-40 mins) in explaining issue to them and getting my services on.
Too bad at their end.
