Harrassment from sales/service dept on new connection

I (PINAKIN DESAI) have purchansed add on SIM card (9740099902) from Bharti Airtel bangalore indiranagar outlet branch on 08/08 but it was not activated till 11/08 and when i called caustomer care, they informed that the SIM no provided by sales was allready activated for differant person. I spoke to fllor manager (Mrs Purna) also but thier response is not good and asked me to contact sales person only. I said then what is customer sales service if i have to contact personally only. Even they are not ready to provide sales office contact no. I have to travel all the way to indiaranagr and spend petrol and time to solve this matter just because of AIRTEL fault. Kindly request to take up necessory action and advice anything i have to do further in this matter. My contact no is 9845546779.
