Airtel Mumbai offers a tariff of 1.00 RS to an STD no. in Friendz Forever. However after numerous complaints, i am charged the normal rate of 2.40 Rs. only. All my complaints to the Nodal officer went in vain too as they don't check the problem and don't apply correct charges the next time i make a call to the STD no again. I still get charged at the same rate instead of the discounted rate which i should normally get.
