PHONES AND INTERNET CONNECTION DEAD

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring your kind attention to our complaint that we done to the BSNL office by phone on 16/02. Sir, this is a Customer care office of Videocon Group. Our Broad band internet and telephone (0487-2386248) were dead. We complained it to the BSNL office Thrissur, 3 days before. But, the problem is not yet rectified. Please help.
