Dear Sir,
I (Dharmendra Vasiyani) had called vodafone customer care on 111 at early morning dated 27/07 for 2 times but the persons who picks both of time my call were not able to solve my problem of 3G services which I were asked to them because m not getting desire speed which I required but they people are asking to call me via another number which I didn't have although I told that I m able to do settings of my call while m online aswell but they are arguing to call from another number, earlier when I m a prepaid customer since 6 years of vodafone only at that time also m having data pack of 3G & at the time of problem of speed I used to call to customer care & they were solving my problem but now I think that vodafone has many customers thatswhy the firm is forgetting his own old customers... well sir m not happy with the services of vodafone customer care,
So pl if u can do favour to me than it will sound great to me!!!
