Dear sirs,
it is really a matter of great shame for a BIG ORGANIZATION MTNL/BSNL DOLPHIN network, whenever there is supply failure or heavy rain the network of DOLPHIN become unavailable in both of my mobile. I am residing in sector-20 CBD BELAPUR.So many times complaints were made in past, but situation is same, since last three days there is no signal in my mobiles.
Who cares???
