Activation of services without customer consent!

Repeated activation of Value Added Services (VAS) without any consent on AIRTEL.

I am using prepaid AIRTEL mobile (No.-9876666798) for the last two years. I am sorry to state that some of the value added services have repeatedly been activated on my mobile without my consent thus reducing the net prepaid amount. For an instance a Value Added Service pack worth of Rs. 99.00 was activated on my mobile without consent in the month of September. I registered my complaint on Airtel Customer Care Centre on 7th September and Ms. Nisha promised me that my compliant will be attended by 13th September and accordingly my amount of Rs. 99.00 will be refunded back thereafter. I talked many time at the Airtel Customer Center, but in vain. However some gentlemen at Airtel Customer Center promised me that in future no kind of Value Added Service will be activated on my mobile without my consent.

I recharged my mobile few days back and checked the balance on 4th September evening, which was around Rs. 477.00. To my surprise I got an sms from Airtel on 5th September that my Rs. 99.00 VAS pack has been renewed. When I rechecked my balance, again Rs. 99.00 were deducted. I again registered my complaint with a gentlemen Mr. Sandeep on 5th September who promised me to look into the case.

AIRTEL company is unnecessarily harassing its prepaid customers and if they will continue to do so then people will definitely jump to some other network.
