Dear Sir

I have requested to deactivate Internet Plan of 499/-per month & to activate the 99/-per month internet plan. But no action was taken by Vodafone service center. Whenever i called them they asking me to visit Vodafone store again and again, 4 times already i have visited the Vodafone store. My request no. for both above describe plan is 2242258364 & 2242258452 on dated 24.04.2012.About 3000/- excess billing the have mail me.

Please give me right path what i have to do. My mobile no. is 098888-88651
