On 16-07, I enetered my complain to customer care executive that my SIM is malfunctioning by a message given frequently 'updating SIM'. In respond Company made my SIM Nonfunctioal/block on 18-07 with out giving any pre/post information at my another no. 919452117906 [which they have asked me previously] or my e mail adress/Postal address.
Please start my SIM by giving information to another no immeiately.
