Dear,

I am using AIRTEL mobile postpaid connection from last 2.5years. I never given late bill but due to some problem last month i was unable to pay my bill amount of 3700rs. So that i disconnect my outgoing after some day they disconnect my incoming also.

I have paid 1000rs today then i called to customer care and told them i have paid 1000rs so can u start my incoming they said no. First pay your all amount 3700rs the we will start.

Then i asked then if i pay my all outstanding amount then will u start my services. I asked them if i pay online and give you transaction id service will be start then said ok will do.

Then after that i have paid all outstanding amount via online 3700rs.after that i called to customer care and i request that i have paid my all outstanding amount plz start my service but said it will take 72 hours. This is worng commitment which is given by earlier customer care executive.
