Poor customer service

Dear Sir/Madam,

On 22 July I called R care that I want to make a payment, as already the due date was crossed, I was out of station, Kolkata. I told them the same & they said a rep would call, wl pick the payment from my address mentioned in the record.

No call received, finally after 2 days, 24 july, services were disconnected. I went to reliance centre & paid the money to restore services. I got so frustrated with the nature of service. People are so relaxed, no responsibility & professionalism.

On 25 July I called R Care & spoke to various representatives regarding disconnection of services (internet-broadcomm & fixed line) & the information that was provided to me was a rep will call me about the same within 2 days. I specifically mentioned that I am relocating to kolkata in 10 days, also that call me "before 11 am".

I am disappointed because first of all, no call was ever received within 2 days, the call was received was after 4 days by the retention team, & I explained the same to that person.

The rep on call apologized for the same, & said he wl get back to me in 48 hours. Same thing happened, no call received till now.

Today finally, before leaving my house, for Kolkata, I again called R Care & told them about the whole set of conversations that I had, that person was least bothered of the fact that i was so upset & the resolution that he gave me that he wl set up a reminder for the team to disconnect services.

Now that i am leaving to airport, what else I cn do. being loyal to the reliance company, as I always reffered this connnection to my peers as well, Now this is what I get. You people working in reliance dont bother about the "service" to the customers. I being a customer was accountable & responsible enough to let you guys know that I want to pay & return the instrument. But no response from your side. This means people who are defaulters are best . people like us who follow rules & care bout the company that provides service are no where in picture.

Now I just don't want to receive any phone calls for payments as I am mistreated & got harassed by this "RELIANCE COMPANY". Enough.

NO One in the company is ready to resolve the problem, whilst reserving my right to claim against you, the mental harassment that you people did to me.

Even I am working in the organization, where "SERVICE" is our life "American Express Company". I respect my company values & make sure that I am the face of the brand. I treat account of customers not mere "transaction"... but "customer, hhuman beings" we treat them the way we would like to be treated when we call some other customer service providers.

I look forward for action taken against people who harrased me being so ignorant towards one basic term called "SERVICE" for which they are getting paid for, specially they get their slaries for what money we pay for our services. Atleast they should be taught, merely talking on phone doesn't resolve a problem, action to be taken as well. My intentions was to make the balance payment & surrender the instrument. If this is what "service" I receive. Thanks you so much, I am not willing to pay anymore.

I will wait for 7 days before arranging for the matter to be corrected by a third party at your cost or seeking help from [Trading Standards, consumer group, solicitor etc.
